The workflow to start a subscription is the same as placing an order in Velocity. On the New Order page, select the Recurring order option to convert your order to a subscription.

Each subscription has a predefined number of renewals, with each renewal representing one future order. Renewals are processed on a one month interval.

You may optionally set a custom date for your first renewal. By default, the first renewal will process one month from today's date.

Orders processed as part of subscription cannot use store credit or terms payment methods.
