Programs

Overview

Programs are managed under Commission > Programs. A Program defines a commission rule that applies to a set of products, linked to one or more Sales Teams.

On this page, you can:

  • Add a new program

  • Edit an existing program

  • Archive a program

Adding Products to a Program

From the programs list, select a program's name to open its Program Details page. From there, you can add or remove specific products to the program.

Archiving Programs

You can archive programs that are no longer needed. A program must be unlinked from any Sales Team before it can be archived.

To archive a program, open the Programs page and select Edit next to the program. In the edit modal, select Archive.... A confirmation prompt will list the side effects:

  • The program will no longer appear in the programs list

  • It will only be visible when filtering by archived programs

  • All linked products will be unlinked

  • Commissions will no longer be generated

  • Existing commissions will remain editable

If you're sure, select Archive Program to confirm.

Linking a Program to a Sales Team

To link a program to a Sales Team, open the program's Program Details page and select Link Sales Team from the left sidebar under Management.

First, choose a Commission Strategy:

  • Percentage Commission

  • Customer Group Percentage Commission

  • Base Price Commission

The strategy determines how commission splits are configured. Each strategy presents its own configuration UI.

Then choose the Sales Team to link the program to and select Link Sales Team to confirm.

Viewing Archived Programs

To view archived programs, open the Programs page and select the filter button to the left of the Add Program button, then select Show Archived Programs.

To unarchive a program, select Edit next to the program and select Unarchive....
