Programs are managed under Commission > Programs, which opens the Commission Programs page. A Program defines a commission rule that applies to a set of products and is linked to a Sales Team.

On this page, you can:

Select a program's name to open its Commission Program Details page, which has three sections: Sales Team, Commissionable Products, and Level Options.

Programs include whole products: every variant of a product earns commission under the product's Programs.

In the Commissionable Products section, select Add Products…, search for a product, and select + to add it. Select the × next to a product to remove it.

You can also assign Programs from the product side, on a product's Product Information page or with Quick Edit… on the Products list. See Products.

The Sales Team section at the top of Commission Program Details shows the linked Sales Team, with Unlink… to remove it.

To link a program, select Link Sales Team in the Sales Team section. First, choose a Commission Strategy:

Then choose the Sales Team to link the program to and select Link Sales Team to confirm.

The Level Options section sets the commission for each level of the linked Sales Team. Its fields depend on the strategy. For example, with per-SKU rates each level has a Fallback rate and Fallback amount for SKUs not configured, plus Add SKU to set a specific Commission rate or Commission amount for a variant. Select Save Changes to apply.

You can archive programs that are no longer needed. A program must be unlinked from its Sales Team before it can be archived.

To archive a program, open its Commission Program Details page and select Archive Program in the left sidebar. If the program is still linked, the dialog says so and archiving is unavailable. Otherwise, the confirmation lists the side effects:

If you're sure, select Archive Program to confirm.

To view archived programs, open the Commission Programs page, select the filter button to the left of Add Commission Program, then select Show Archived Commission Programs.
