Manage Sales Reps

A rep is an individual or entity that can appear on a Sales Team and receive commission. Each rep has an identifier used to identify them across all Sales Teams.

Rep List

The rep list page lets you create, edit, view, and manage your reps. You can search and create reps with the controls at the top of the page.

Search runs against:

  • identifier

  • name

  • email

Add a Rep

Reps are auto-created when added to a Sales Team.

Reps can be manually added with the Add Rep button. You'll provide:

  • identifier

  • name

  • email

You can also configure custom fields in Settings that are either required or optional when adding a new sales rep.

Edit a Rep

Rep information can be edited from the Edit modal on the list page, or from the rep detail page.

Delete a Rep

Reps can only be deleted if they don't have any existing commissions associated with them and aren't part of any Sales Team hierarchy. The Edit modal is the only way to access rep deletion.
