Company & Location Management

Create and update your Companies and Locations

If your Shopify has B2B flows, you will have access to all Companies and Locations that you are given ownership of or have created. Ownerships are controlled in the Shopify Admin. If there are companies that you are supposed to see that you can't, contact your business's Shopify store owner.

Once logged in, you will be able to see all of your authorized Companies under the "Companies" tab. Clicking into a Company will show all of your owned customers' orders within that company, as well as the locations that live within them.

Clicking on the three ellipses next to the company name will allow you to be able to edit the company details or add a customer to that company.

Additionally, clicking on the ellipses next to a location will allow you to edit the addresses, add customers, and place orders for that location.

Onboarding a Company or Location

To onboard a Company, click on "New Company" within the Companies page in the Rep portal. Onboarding a Location, however, must be done within the Company Details page by clicking on "New Location", which can be accessed by clicking into any company.
