If your store uses Shopify's B2B features, the Rep Portal has a Companies tab. It lists the companies and locations you own or have created, and lets you manage their customers, addresses, and orders.
Ownership of a company or location is assigned in the Velocity app, by a store administrator, and can also be granted automatically when you onboard the account yourself. If a company you expect to see is missing, contact your store administrator. See How Commission Is Assigned.
Browsing companies and locations
Open the Companies tab to see the companies you have access to. Selecting a company shows the orders placed by your customers in that company, along with the locations it contains.
The ellipsis next to a company name opens its actions: edit the company's details, or add a customer to it.
The ellipsis next to a location opens its own actions: edit addresses, add customers, and place orders for that location.
Onboarding a company or location
To add a company, select New Company on the Companies tab.
Locations are added from within a company. Select the company to open its details page, then select New Location.
When Automatic Ownership is enabled for your store, you receive ownership of any company or location you onboard, so you are commissioned on its future orders.
