Each customer has an Address Book on their detail page for managing shipping and billing addresses. Addresses sync in both directions with BigCommerce: anything you add, edit, or delete in Velocity is reflected on the storefront, and anything the customer saves during checkout or edits from their storefront account appears in Velocity.
The Customer Addresses report provides a full export of addresses across all customers, including default billing and shipping flags. Find it under Reports > Customer Addresses.
Add an Address
Select Add Address to open the creation form. First name, last name, and company auto-populate from the customer's profile as a starting point. At the bottom of the form, you can flag the new address as a Default billing address, a Default shipping address, or both. Defaults are selected automatically at checkout.
Edit or Delete an Address
Select the pencil icon in the top right of any address card to open the edit modal. The same modal contains a Delete button for removing the address entirely.
