The Velocity Rep Ordering Portal allows reps to quickly and conveniently quote, draft, and create orders for their customers on the go. Shopify store owners who use the Velocity app suite can simply add reps to their team, and invite them to start using the Rep Portal with a single click.
Reps can create and manage customers, preview products, create quotes and new orders, view their past orders, and track commission earned along the way.
Access
You (a rep) will receive an email inviting you to the Velocity Rep Portal once added by a store admin. The Rep Portal does not use password authentication. Instead, you will receive an email containing a 6-digit code:
If you do not receive a code, please contact the store administrator and request access to the portal.
Using Velocity
Velocity streamlines the customer intake and order placement process. Using Velocity is simple:
Customers - These are the same customers in your associate Shopify store, who you will be able to place orders on behalf of.
Drafts - Identical to Shopify's "draft order" system; Allows you to sketch out orders before they're made.
Orders - Create orders that will automatically flow into the associate Shopify store you're selling for.
