Before You Log In
1. Request Access From MedShift
Contact your MedShift account manager with the following information:
Name
Email
Phone
Company
If you are unsure who your account manager is, email [email protected].
2. Download The App
You can access Velocity Lending on multiple devices.
iPhone & iPad
Android & Tablet
Computer
If you have trouble downloading or using the app, or you are on a computer, log in directly at medshift.app.
Log In Workflow
1. Enter Your Email
In the Velocity Lending app, enter the email you provided when requesting access, then click Log In.
2. Click The Link In Your Email
Check your inbox for a login email and click the Log In To MedShift button.
If the Log In To MedShift button does not work, click the secure link instead.
3. Confirm That You Are Not A Robot
Confirm that you are not a robot. This helps protect Velocity Lending from unauthorized access.
You are now logged in 🎉
QR Codes & Self Sign-Up Links
If you scanned a QR code or received a special sign-up link, you may see a screen that looks like the following:
Enter your email into the Email Address field, then click Send Invite. Then, follow the normal Log In Workflow.
If your company's logo is not correct at the top right of the screen (the MedShift logo in the example above), please contact the MedShift team member who provided the QR code or link.
